I hit a point where I was living in this swirly place of uncertainty, feeling stuck, overwhelmed and burned out. Something was missing. I felt lost and hollow inside. That’s when I discovered something that radically shifted my paradigms, perspective and quite literally my life: coaching.

Choosing to enlist support, seek accountability, lean in to vulnerability and get out of my own way felt REALLY uncomfortable (at first). But, I leaned in and took a conscious step forward. 

This choice shook my world in the most expansive ways. Ways that I never imagined possible given where I was before (ping ponging, boxed-in, lost). Working with a coach didn’t change who I am; it helped me remember who I am, allowing me to show up, make decisions and live the truest expression of my essence imaginable. I built the confidence I needed to catapult into a truly beautiful and meaningful trajectory that fills me with joy and purpose. That, my friends, is freedom and flow.
